This is a very good application. Does what it says on the tin. I used to use iSquint (the free version of this) but VisualHub is much better and well worth the price. On my Mac Pro (Quad 2.66) it blazes through conversions and does a twenty minute TV episode in about 5-6 minutes using a high quality setting.
