Software has many, many short comings. It doesn't keep up with eBay and smart sellers must go to eBay to revise their listings to make it work. Many features simply don't work at all. Tech support is almost non-existent. It appears that this company either doesn't have a good enough relationship with Ebay, hasn't got the resources to fix its problems or simply is going out of business. Who knows? Right now, I am planning to figure out how to use the templates without iSale. I hate showing my buyers the iSale symbol. That would be misleading them into what may ultimately be a dead product.
