I was excited about the 2.0.2 fix especially since the release notes said it was fixing problems publishing websites created in 1.x.
However, I was dissapointed to find out that it didn't correct any of the problems I was having in 2.0.1. The exact same problems are occuring: fonts are converted to bold and the spacing is changed which messes up the order of everything on the page.
There's no way to compensate since everything seems fine in iWeb but the published page is so different. This is unusual and did not happen in 1.x.
I would probably need to re-create the whole site from scratch in 2.0.2.
But if I have to do that, I'd rather switch to something a little more powerful such as RapidWeaver or Sandvox.
This is the first time I've had to 'switch' from an Apple product to a third party product.
So I'm trying RapidWeaver since they pioneered this software genre, have an open architecture with over 20 plug-ins and over 100 templates available from 3rd party developers, have an active users' forum, are endorsed by VersionTracker and MacUpdate, have the best user reviews and Mac press reviews for this genre, and have many happy customers. Also looking at Sandvox.
