I tried to run the update on my Mac Pro and the installer won't let me. Instead, I get a message which states, "This Computer Does Not Need This Update." My Boot ROM Version is MP11.005C.B04, which is clearly not the most up-to-date.

I had a problem also with the updater not working. But after unplugging all USB and FireWire (except keyboard/Monitor/Mouse) cables from the Mac Pro the updater worked fine.Sunday, September 30 2007 @ 10:45 PM PDT
