I've emailed their support (iBackup@grapefruit.ch) at least 3 or 4 times and have received no reply.
This is supposed to be - and SEEMS to be - a great app, but the free version when used on my MacBook OS 10.4.10 backs everything up in RTF, not in the format / application the originals are in.
What am I doing wrong -- or is that what you get using the free version and I need to buy the full version? I've been waiting for a reply literally for months, which I think is more than lousy customer service. Can someone please post an answer. Thanks in advance!

Phrasing ‘backup as RTF’ makes no sense, could you be clearer or rephrase it coherently?Tuesday, October 02 2007 @ 10:35 PM PDT

I don't understand your issue. What do you mean with backups everything in RTF? documents? applications?
