I am not sure i understand why this app is necessary? With add-ons on RapidWeaver, you simply need to double-click the add-on and RW will install it in the appropriate application support folder. The link you gave for the screenshot I can only assume is an error as all I seen was a plain window with an install button. What is delicious about that? I am not trying to sound harsh here but you are charging for this application and RW users don't need this at all as this is all built into RW...

Am I missing something here?

This app is for theme and plugin developers, it is of no use to RapidWeaver users. The link within the description is an image of the finished installer, the actual application does not look like that.
