Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: YES

There's no disputing this is an incredible problem. But there is one other feature CCC has that has never been mentioned and saved my life: It's really at recovering files from a bad hard drive. I have a 1TB LaCie drive that could mount but had so many bad blocks it was becoming unusable. Just copying from that drive to another drive typically meant the copy would fail at some point. But with CCC it asks you if you want to continue on skipping that file! This increases the ability to retrieve lost files significantly. Just something to keep in mind in addition to the other uses of this great program.
