Existing users, 
This app hangs on large re-searches of PubMed. (around 3400 entries) On a new search occasionally it quits with a 'terminalplugin3" error.
Also the report to the developers always returns (null).
We have emailed the company on 3 occasions and have received no response.
While this application might be useful in formatting etc. it really doesn't do very much when you think about it. It is easy to do a search and download all hits from PubMed.
Also, top price for this should be $50, if it worked correctly.

I want to correct the record to be fair to the programmers.The version of the original comment here was wrong. The problematic version is 4.2.4.

Hi,I am sorry that you have had trouble with PubMed searches on Sente.
1. Your reports arrived in the past week, while we have been very actively working on wrapping up Sente 5, and your reports indicate that the problem was with v4, so we were unable to respond in a timely manner. I am sure this was frustrating to you, but we have had our hands very full getting Sente 5 out the door.
2. We have tried to reproduce your problem here, without success. We have tried with both Sente 4 and Sente 5, but both work just fine for us. This leaves us trying to figure out what is different about your context, but we have not come up with any explanations. I should also say that no other users have reported this problem, so it is clearly not widespread. (We, and many others, routinely perform PubMed searches that return 10,000 or more references without problem.)
3. Finally, we do know that PubMed itself had some glitches a few days ago, and we have wondered whether this was what you ran up against. Probably not, but perhaps.
We would certainly appreciate it if you would try your searches again, this time on the new Sente 5 and let us know if you still see the same problem.
