Great work in progress, especially for an alpha. It does feel faster than COTVNC on my C2D Macbook.

A few things that it needs to be a useful VNC client:

-Display selection (for dual+ display computers)
-Scalable display size other than half/normal/double
-Scrollable windows for remote computers with desktops much larger than the client desktop (like trying to control my dual display
-Some sort of remapping of keys -- in COTVNC I can map [option] to [ctrl] so that I can trigger quicksilver on the remote computer (I'm sure there are plenty of other examples where simple key remapping would be useful)
-No way to send key-combos like CMD-OPT-ESC, CTRL-ALT-DEL
