It's not very often the writer of the software will track you down, looking at when the user registered to try and work out what their email address could be.

This is what Leon McNeill did.

He finally tracked me down asking for information about the crashing and the details about what happened. The issue lay with MP Freaker being let loose on my Podcasts. All my music was fine when I reimported it, just my podcasts caused me issues.

I am very impressed that he tracked me down, and I think he will get to the bottom of the issue. He is not a faceless corperation, he seems to care!

I now have a library with more photo's and a lot of the lyrics for my tracks too.
