Scripting support stagnant

Feedback Type:  Review

Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: Over One Year

Recommend Product: NO

This was promising about two years ago. Since then, support for AppleScript (and other scripting languages) has deteriorated and stagnated to the point where even their own plugins don't work.

The developers seem more interested in supporting Apple's latest greatest platform (currently the iPhone) than getting it working properly on the Mac's that people have already bought.

It's difficult to see how spending time on iPhone support is going to fix long-standing bugs on the Mac version.

I'm back with Snak. When it comes to IRC on the Mac, you get what you pay for, apparently.
