No sooner was 2b6 installed than it uncovered an attack on sshd from 75.58.175.155. Google confirms others have been attacked from the same IP.
It would be nice if monitoring could be selectively configured to report only in-bound and/or out-bound connection requests and/or traffic associated with connections initiated locally versus remotely.
