Your link takes me to Roxio's web site where I am given the opportunity to by this! I already have the software that came with Toast 8! There does not seem any way of getting to an upgrade for this.
Generally this is fairly crappy piece of software that promises much and delivers little. Geniune case for update. But no go.

ROXIO IS THE 'SPIN DOCTOR' --- spinning the truth about the quality of this program... ever since Roxio bought this it's been crash city, probably OK since Roxio is mostly Windows software... the original toast was great, too bad they sold it to Roxio.All the upgrade crap, you'd think that buying Toast for $$$ would enable you at least a couple of SD upgrades... cheapos... now I look for opens source solutions... (vis-a-vis handbrake)... Roxio gets two thumbs down.

It looks like Toast users can download an update from this page:http://www.roxio.com/enu/support/toast/software_updates.html
There is a Toast 8.0.1 update which includes CD Spin Doctor 4.0.1.
According to the release notes, this appears to just be a language update.
Nothing apparent for folks who bought CD Spin Doctor only, but then again, no new features of bug fixes are apparent in this release.
