Ignore the previous comments.

I have been using it for several months on a regular basis, after every Apple update, after every software app update, and I have never had a program crash or stop working. I have probably run it 30 times selecting all available apps, including the terminal!

I would recommend doing a backup before you run the software though, as it will be stripping data out of you programs.

Select the option to backup your apps when it slims them and you should be covered.

I think that it has made some of my apps more responsive, and it also helps free up some space on your drive.
