This dev, has been saying he will add spring loaded folder for like a year.. ) or he said possibly add them) never did,., it is still UGLY but really ugly .. transmit is such a nice and useful tool but yummy does have some advantages, like 100000000 options for a simple user that is looking for power this is not the app, Over crowded with optons that 99% OF USERS WILL NEVER USE.. and the dev. is to proud to have anyone tell him any different.. nice guy though until you do not like something about the app, then he will not say Oh cool thanks and I respect your option. way to over crowed with options and no spring loaded folders.. which really bits.. and I would use fetch or transmit or another one. but for me no spring loaded folders is really what turns me of to this app and the dev, nice way when you are saying how wonderful it is and when you are not well I am sure he will send me like 1 bad email saying bla bl bal.. .. use transmit if you are looking for a powerful and beautiful and 99% stable.. if you want more confusion and ugly interface then look at this app.

what an utterly stupid rating!!! - Rufus J
I agree spring-loaded folders would (will?!?) be a great addition. I don't need to comment on your frothing rant, but I do not believe the lack of this feature warrants a one-star review. That this omission has soooooo peaved you makes your complaint about "excessive" features laughably ironic! I don't know if you need to get a grip or let go of whatever it is you're squeezing. Yes, the available FTP clients all have some great unique features and also lack features that would be oh, so useful. It's frustrating.... I use both Captain and Yummy and wish they would mate... But, they are both really excellent (and, improving!) software and it would be ridiculous to say otherwise.Friday, August 24 2007 @ 05:28 PM PDT
Unfair rating!! - torstein4
Granted, SLFs would be a good addition but it hardly calls for a 1-star rating!! Stupid review.Sunday, September 09 2007 @ 09:00 AM PDT
Major new features are for v.2.0 - Yummy Software
This is a bug fix update more than anything, so there was never any intention to add such a major new feature in this release. Sorry if you thought otherwise.Reply to This
