What services does this application use that restricts the implementation to 10.4 only? Is it that difficult to build a release that is compatible with 10.3 and 10.4?

Why no OSX 10.3 Support? - carriwitchet

In developer jargon, DiceX employs, extensively, Apple's Core Data technology, including entities from data models, and array controllers and tree controllers. These features have much more limited support--and Core Data has none--in Mac OS X Panther and below. Thus is it absolutely and unequivocally impossible to support anything below Tiger. You have my humble apologies.
