I had a problem with this software, it simply would not copy my address book. However the tech support I got while a bit slow, it takes about 12 hours to get an answer, was excellent they kept going until they got it right. In my case it was a question of resetting the sync history. (I am a Limey, I have no connection whatsoever with the company)
