Mahjong should only have 4 each of a given tile set. Some if not most of the layouts have many. So I looked in the help file and it says:
It consists of 144 tiles, and when played in hard mode is "balanced".That is, it has exactly four of each tile in each layout. Mahjong Solitaire contains many different layouts, some balanced, some unbalanced. The layout browser accessible through the Layout Menu is the best way to choose a layout.
This is only half true. When you select the difficulty level that is supposed to give you the balanced set, it doesnt. Also, only a sad few give you four of each tile, if it works.
I absolutely hate this. I tried to contact the developer and there is NO CONTACT INFO. This is my mistake in that I payed for this before I fully investigated. I NEVER buy from someone who does not at least provide contact info so based on that alone I rate this low.
If I could get my money back I would.
