Pith Helmet seems to be the cause of the recent rash of Safari crashes that I've encountered. There are a number of web pages that will instantly crash Safari, but then I realized that disabling the 'Block Filtered Content' menu would allow them to load!
The worst thing is that I'm not running the Safari 3 beta, I'm still using Safari 2.0.4. The crashes started happening in the past week, and while I don't think there was a Safari update specifically, there have been a few security updates.
Also, I am unable to get to the old Pith Helmet website, which is a bad sign :(

Also having some MAJOR crash issues with safari 2.0.4 and pith helmet. I've had to uninstall it in order to make safari usable again.Reply to This
