Toolbar icons still missing in action

"Fixed #2278 wherein toolbar icons still were not appearing."

Umm, I hate to tell you, but this is most definitely NOT fixed. Most toolbar icons are blank/invisible, both in the toolbar and in the "Customize Toolbar" window. Also, in the "About Mori" window, the application icon is likewise missing.

Mori 1.6.3, MacBook Pro, OS X 10.4.10

Can I please have you send me a Mori document where this occurs? I am unable to reproduce this bug here, and I'd like to be sure this bug doesn't occur.
