Used Product For: 1-6 months

i had the same problems...Jax would crash iTunes completely whenever i tried selecting it. so i did a little more research and discovered that it has the same technology as iVisualize built in...and i already had iVisualize installed in my Visualizers folder. once i took out the standalone copy of iVisualize, Jax worked fine. and i imported my iVisualize add-ons into Jax, so i still have them.

M name is Valorie Koch and I am the Technical Support Manager for Prosoft Engineering. I would really like to get some additional information from you regarding your crash:

- did this happened when you first opened Jax> Open Jax
- what version of iVisualize did you use
- did you install iVisualize after you had installed Jax
- what version of itunes, mac OS X
- sixe of your itunes library
