Unless my bandwidth has suddenly been upgraded by my ISP, Transmission is misreporting the download and upload speed of my torrents, and not by just a little. My max downstream bandwidth is just over 300KB/sec and I've got a torrent coming in now at 786KB/sec, according to Transmission. Similar problems with upstream speeds.
