Existing users, 
After days of sily work I found the "maccs3clean" on ADOBE's web site.
It removes everything from CS3 and then we can reinstall without problem CS2 and ACROBAT Pro.
The only enoying thing is that it costs me 2500 USD to see an other time that ADOBE don't care at all about the quality of their software. Only our money is intering.
No announcement on the site about possibe improvement, no advise except contacting their Customer Support. Have you already tried? It is a very good way to feel totally stupid. They don't know anything about problems...
