We have been experiencing problems with Backup Platinum connecting to our server for nightly backups. We email technical support several times, received a response or two in the beginning, but now all communication with the company has stopped for some inexplicable reason.

We have since sent several emails which have gone completely ignored.

The product works fine to an external hard drive, a second hard drive, to a folder on one hard drive, but it does not work properly to a server. Further, technical support seems to be absent, which is disappointing for a piece of software that costs $69.
