I agree with all other posters. I think this should be part of the Mac OS, it's that good. Maybe Apple could use Yellow Mug's code for features in the upcoming Leopard.

I pushed this a little farther. I like branding so much that I tried to brand some file icons. Folder Brander wouldn't receive MS Word or Filemaker icons, but I did have success with a back-up application called Synk, and was able to brand my Automator scripts. This makes the Dock so much more intuitive.

For anyone that wants to try this, do a Get Info of the application or script and drag the icon over to the Custom Icon field in Folder Brander. Then, do as you would with one of the stock folder icons.

That said, I'd like to like to ask the guys at Yellow Mug to try to push this app beyond just Folders and be able to brand any icon -- with colours as well!
