I can only get the first 30 seconds of a QT file converted to wmv, which is exactly what Quick Time does.

This is not a limitation of my app, but a limitation of the "flip4mac" QuickTime plugin!

Buy the pro version of the plugin and you will be able to convert the complete movie(s) to WMV format :-)
