Existing users, 
I am going to change my review. I only added notes to a few pdfs. For some reason all the notes are gone. Maybe it is something I did, I do not know. Not changing the actual files has become a negative for me. I will rely on Preview and making notes in another program and refer to them when necessary.
Also, I also find Preview a bit faster.

You need to check the "Save As..." options. You can choose to save the notated PDF with with your notes incorporated.This is an unfair review since the reviewer only superficially examined the program's features.
