It doesn't work for me, and I have the right firmware and everything.
Where do this gets a 4 star rating from, it seems that it doesn't work for anyone !
Now I can see my phone in iSync but it doesn't want to connect.
They better called it p990i iSync Icon Dsiplay, because that's the only thing it does ...

It works for me!
It do not syncronize meetings, so You have to use reminders on the phone instead, but otherwise it works without poblem.
(After installing, remove all occurence of isync.plist.)
