Safari icon bounces in the dock for a while and then stops, but the app never opens. Very disappointing! :-(

You should really give it a chance. Did you try deleting the preference file? Spotlight search for "com.apple.Safari.plist" and deleted it. You won't lose any bookmarks or anything. Try doing a Permissions Repair with Disc Utility too.Wednesday, August 01 2007 @ 08:10 AM PDT

I already tried deleting Safari prefs, repairing permissions. I even tried logging in as a different User. Safari 3.0.3 still won't launch.Wednesday, August 01 2007 @ 03:27 PM PDT

Are you REALLY running 10.4.9 with this version of Safari 3.0? If so, that's part of your problem, trying to run the very latest beta release without the very latest OS version.. Very disappointing, indeed . . . but not on Apple's part.Reply to This
