This product does just says what it says it does: it makes it easy to save YouTube videos to your local drives. Other things might do the same thing for free, but the advantage of this software is that it is extremely easy to use. I haven't noticed any bugs, and yes, they sent me a registration file (NOT a serial number) almost by return. I think it's pretty cheap for what it does.
