I just converted a folder full of PSD files to JPG - the only reason I downloaded this was to do this. When I opened the photos in the media organizer, the Capture Date tag had been changed from "2007:07:21 20:30:13" to "2007-07-21T20:30:13" making the tag unreadable to iView Media Pro (Microsoft Expression Media.) Great. This 73MB download was a waste of my time.

Hi,
please check the XMP spec:
The date have to be encoded in XMP as:
YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss+00:00 (the last is the time zone difference).
