I can't get this program to work - every time I try to do something it quits. It looks promising but since I can't get it to work, I can't tell what it can do. The program I really like for this type of application is ApE (A Plasmid Editor): http://www.biology.utah.edu/jorgensen/wayned/ape/

Works great and it's very easy to use.
