With over 800 downloads there has to be some merit rather than just the single grouchy comment given. I view this as a option rather than being stuck using DiscUtility alone which I always thought of being limited for its purpose.

why? what's the diff with DiskUtility? - schip

Well, ol_pip, you thought that was grouchy? Please don't mind me asking: if you always thought of DiskUtility as being limited for its purpose, what are those limits, and which of those limits does SecureFiles remove? Seems to me that's a legitimate question to ask before I download SecureFiles and spend some time trying it out. It's a lot quicker if you just tell me.
