Great idea, but being able to convert ISOs to DMGs would be great addition.

Converting from ISO to DMG - Edwin-schemer

Since this is essentially a user-friendly front end to a shell script using hdiutil, it should not be hard to do this "by hand" in a terminal.
For detailed instructions, open a terminal and type "man hdiutil."
