I has this for years on my old macs. When I went up to X I missed it. It's great to see it back again and working well! This is a really good calendar that blends unobtrusively into your desktop.

As for the pop up message. I don't mind it or find it invasive. Just don't use the app if you don't like the terms of use. You'll be the one missing out on a useful tool.
