I used this app till they asked for near $80 US and decided to go check out the competition. I found that Amadeus Pro to do all the same tricks that this newer verion of SoundStudio does for 1/2 the cost. I would have bought this if the developer wasn't asking such a high price. SoundStudio works well and I really mourned not being able to afford the new version... luckilly there is competition.

same-this used to be in a Mac bundle, free, and retail cost was what-$20?Then Freeverse took it over and skyrocked the price to $80
And its not all that much better than before
