Your CallWave text log is password protected. Even though our current system does not allow for deleting messages, your messages are not public and can't be accessed without your mobile number and your PIN. If your messages show when you click on "account" from the widget, CallWave is logging you in using cookies. You will see a logout{your email} message at the top right of your screen. If you are using a public or shared computer, be sure to log out of all password protected applications before leaving the computer unattended.

Your CallWave authentication and PIN information lives within the widget. When you "activate" the widget, you are logging in, so you will be able to see your text log without re-entering your PIN on CallWave.com. If you want the widget password protected on your desktop for security reasons, click on the "i" button in the bottom right, the widget will flip over and you can click Logout. Then anyone who wants to use the widget will need to log in with a mobile number and PIN. I hope this helps. Thanks for using CallWave.Tuesday, July 10 2007 @ 02:46 PM PDT
DEFINITELY A SECURITY ISSUE - m chang
Callwave, you assertion is incorrect on my computer. I can go to your site, click on Logout <Name>, and get to the Login page. I then close the window, go to Safari > Preferences > Cookies and delete all cookies that have Callwave in the URL. I "Empty Cache" in Safari. Quit out of Safari. When I activate widget and click "Archive," it takes me to my logged in Callwave page with all of my messages listed.DEFINITELY A SECURITY ISSUE.
