I don't understand...

The new release (v1.0.4) says it "Requires Mac OS X 10.4"

But on the web-site it says "It is recommended to use the functionality provided by Apple, and not Cursor Zoom, if you run Mac OS X 10.4 or later."

What's the point in creating a new version only for 10.4, and then recommending users don't use it?
