I do see for just a few seconds the initial window and then the application crashes. I'm running 10.4.8 in case that matters.

I can provide the crashdump file if you'd like it.

Crashes on my system - Roger Jolly

There seems to be a problem with RegExhibit on Intel based Macs. As I haven't got an Intel based Mac to test on. I have removed Intel as system on which RegExhibit can run.
