After installation, doubleclicked the tab bar on Safari and nothing happened. Restarted Safari, tried again, still nada.

Doesn't Do Anything For Me - infinite.

Author here: Try moving the currently installed Twicetab in the trash (it's in Library > Application Support > SIMBL > Plugins) and reinstalling it again.
