Just stick to the 5.1 version, that one works fine. You don't need 6 anyway unless you have a Treo. MarkSpace should have told so. With my T5 I only have had trouble. All my memos have disappeared from the Palm, Syncing usually doesn't work as Conduits become unregistered (registration was deleted??). I have been a happy Missing Sync user for many years, there used to be small problems with every update, this one is a disaster and has already wasted many of my precious hours.

Don't 'up'grade - jvill

I would have to agree.

Unlike the user above, I've always had all kinds of minor bugs with version 5.1 that I've been unable to resolve. I upgraded to 6.0 hoping it would help, and boy was I wrong.

For example, the only way I can do a barebones sync (contact, events, and todos), is to do events and todos separate from contacts. Otherwise, the sync hangs on contacts for about 15 minutes, does the other two categories, and then reports errors on contacts. So I then go back, select to sync only contacts, and then it works. What a waste of my time.

This isn't complex stuff; this is the most basic function I can think of for this software, and it can't perform it. And researching my problems seems to turn up reams of postings on other message boards complaining of the same thing with equally (but always different) solutions that each person seems to customize for their basic needs.

"Upgrading" to 6.0 has convinced me its time to move away from Missing Sync, once I sort through the mess it has created.
