I've tried to contact the developer several times in the past year. I got as far as customer support at ScriptSoftware telling me the developer would respond in a few days. Months went by and no response. My last two communications simply asked if iKey is dead (no longer in development) so I can move on to a different app if necessary--no response to either message in the past three months.
It's been almost a year since the last update, customer support only responds some of the time, and the developer cannot be reached at all. This doesn't look good.
