Hmmmm

I have no understanding why this is happening but on my MacBook Pro 17inch when I launch Coconut Battery my my CPU's spin up to 80% plus utilisation.

This is a REAL drag on battery life.

I have also tried Battery Health Monitor and this works fine.

Maybe its just my machine but beware.

I HAVE EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM! - bezbozny1

I have exactly the same problem. Every time i start the application the CPU use goes to 100% and the fans start spinning like crazy!
