Product Platform: MacOSX

Used Product For: 6-12 months

Recommend Product: YES

Yojimbo is a solid app. My main compliment is the fact that it never has crashed on me. It just works.

It is a fairly simple app without many of the bells and whistles that come with comparable products. Development proceeds rather slow compared to those apps as well. But on the flip side, each update has been an improvement on the last, adding features and growing the app. I have yet to run into an update that caused a problem, and for that I am immensely thankful.

Once I got used to all its input methods (i really like the quick input panel and the browser bookmarklets!) I have found Yojimbo to be an indispensable tool to capture information while conducting research. It is also an ideal place to store all your passwords and serial numbers with all the assurance of robust encrypted security.

I love that I can trust it to store my data and do not have to worry about a crash corrupting the data.
