worst application on MacOSX. I've just bought a new MacBook running Tiger 10.4.10. But Endnote crashes repeatedly. I've been using it intensively for the last few days and I'm probably getting about a dozen crashes a day. Maybe more. Always when doing searches, generally of PubMed, but also of the Endnote library itself. This same thing happens on my G4 iMac running 10.3.9. This is so frustrating. Please, please, PLEASE don't bother adding any more features to this application until you've fixed the 'features' already present. This has the potential to be a really useful piece of kit for Mac users but at the moment it is simply irritating to use.

Are you seriously going to charge us $90 for a bug fix that will allow us to run it with Pubmed??? Just because Pubmed changes something does not mean that we should not expect a bug fix. Immediately! It should not take more than a few days for a free fix to reach your website.Sunday, August 12 2007 @ 04:02 PM PDT

The crashes reported here are related to a PubMed change. We believe that we have solved this issue in the new version of EndNote X1.Please contact us at - http://www.endnote.com/encontact.asp - if you would like to follow up further.
