Crashes on quit. Why?

Used Product For: Over One Year

I am still trying to find out why Adobe Reader 8.xx crashes every single time on quitting the app when more than one document is open. All other functions work fine.

I am only using Adobe Reader because I need to do regular searches in a group of pdf's. Haven't found a way to do that in Preview.
