A lot of users have complained and seem to have valid complaints. So far it has worked for me but my needs are pretty simple.

My advice:

1) Download the trial version first!
Download the trial version first and see for yourself before you buy. Intuit seems to try to hide the page with trial version so here is the link:

2) Don't pay full price.
Don't go directly to intuit.com and pay full price. There are referring websites that offer 20% discounts that link back to the Intuit site and when you do this you'll see that the price has been reduced.
