I must disagree with the previous comment about "Nothing more than the user wishes to delete" This is a very wrong statement. As I was perusing the binary around the Firefox cleaning section, I noticed the use of what I would guess is a wildcard to clean out the Firefox history, rather than cleaning just the history, it could accidentally delete other files depending on how in-depth the user is in customization of Firefox.
I would always be careful about knowing exactly what's being cleaned, so I guess it all boils down to trust, and I don't trust an application written in BASIC (realbasic) to clean my computer.

RE:Must Disagree - the1silverwolf
Looking over your posting history it is obvious that you are a very negative person. Over 99% of your comments serve no purpose what so ever except to bad mouth other peoples products or development platform. There is nothing inherently wrong with Realbasic, it is a development platform, no different from C/C++, Java, or Python.
It simply comes down to which language the developer is most comfortable working in.
My advise is to start a Diary, why bore others needlessly ?

A Competitor Disagreeing? - MAC_1984
Interesting that you write a competing software in this category...isn't it? The developer of Mac Cleanse has been nothing but responsive and quite nice, at least to me, as I do not about others. Are you pushing your utility here...in a roundabout way?Reply to This
