I can not, in good conscience, recommend that anyone do business with PocketMac for any reason whatsoever.

My experience with their customer service was atrocious; they were unresponsive (not even acknowledging the 12 or attempts that I made to contact them over a 3 month period), and they constantly send out spam.

Their feedback and contact forms also appear to be completely ignored with all submissions delivered to a bit-bucket.

Tried calling their toll-free number which just rang, and rang, and rang.

Seriously, is anybody home?
