Usually I avoid downloading and installing adobe stuff for a while until I'm satisfied that the feedback and the bug fixes have all been accounted for. Figured I'd take a chance and try this and quite frankly maybe I'm just easily impressed. Well, let's keep in mind I've been using the stuff for twelve years now too so I've been around the blocks a couple of times. Download (of 8.0 and immediate on-line upgrade to 8.1) and install were really a piece of cake on my macmini g4/1G running OS10.4.9. Help files are extensive and the app itself seems pretty darned stable and well-configured. Only downside, and it's most likely a safeguard I suppose, is that it didn't actually replace the old version.
